The Committee for Continuing Education maintains a website www.odaformationpermanente.net which contains most if not all of the offers of continuing legal education available in the French part of Switzerland. The Committee organizes a discussion forum on Court precedents every first Tuesday of the month, which is attended by 25 to 40 people in Room G4 of the Hall of Justice (First Tuesday). The Court rulings discussed at that reunion are published on the website a few days before. The Committee also implemented the formula of a "Marathon of Law", i.e. 20 presentations of some 10 minutes each on 20 subjects of law. There are two marathons every year, one in April and one in November, on Saturdays from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. The participants receive a substantial documentation and a CD ROM.
